2024 RECAP: Our association spent $35,000 for the expenses relating to the firebreak, luas and general operating expenses. We had to use some reserves as we had a $12,000 deficit. So we are appealing to our members of our wonderful community to pay their dues of $25 and if able to donate more we would greatly appreciate your generosity. The link to donate is on our website.
